R Note Buyer.com is the web site for R Investment Group, Inc., a Colorado Corporation established in 1990.  The main business of R Investment Group is investing in real estate, primarily by purchasing real estate notes or mortgage notes in first position.  We occasionally purchase second position notes.  We also purchase other types of cash flow notes or instruments.

A cash flow note is a note that is paid in regular payments, usually monthly.  Other cash flow instruments or receivables include business or commercial notes, equipment leases, and annuities.

R Investment Group is a small company known for its honesty, integrity, reliability, and professionalism.  We are committed to helping each client meet their financial needs and goals easily and quickly. 

We evaluate each note on its own merit and work with our clients to develop the best plan for them – a lump sum buyout or a partial buyout of a fixed number of payments.  Our goal is to give you the highest possible offer for your note. 

We buy notes to hold for our own investment portfolio.  We also have a network of other private investors with whom we work.  We purchase notes with remaining balances of a few thousand dollars to over a million dollars.

Jackie Rask is our Senior Investor.  She has over 12 years experience in the real estate industry and over 14 years experience in accounting, administration and management.  She can help you solve your cash flow problems quickly.
